These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Lantern & Lore website.

2. Our Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and specifications are accurate.
Because products may include paper, wood and other materials with natural or production variation, minor differences in colour, texture and finish may occur.
Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen settings.
3. Orders
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
a product is unavailable;
there is an obvious pricing or description error;
payment cannot be authorised;
we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be refunded.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are shown separately where applicable.
5. Payment
Payment is taken through the payment methods available at checkout.
We do not directly store complete payment-card details. Payment processing is handled by our payment service providers.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, prices and estimated times are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.
Pre-order products will display an estimated dispatch period.
Delays outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you.
7. Cancellation and Returns
For most standard goods purchased online, consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason. After cancellation, the goods should normally be returned within a further 14 days.

8. Bespoke and Personalised Products
The statutory right to cancel for change of mind does not normally apply to goods made to a customer’s specification or clearly personalised.
Bespoke products remain protected by statutory rights where they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
9. Faulty Products
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Under UK consumer law, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
10. Intellectual Property
All Lantern & Lore branding, original artwork, photography, graphics, product concepts, written content and website material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission.
Third-party artwork, trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Bespoke Designs
Rights relating to bespoke artwork and commissioned designs will be agreed as part of the individual project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commissioning a product does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying design.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The version applying to your order will be the version in force when your order was placed.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers retain any mandatory legal protections that apply to them in their country of residence.
